I had booked a medical pedicure and a manicure, both with Natalia. She was incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and I'm very pleased with the results. She even gave me advice around other issues although she knew that I don't live in London and therefore would not be able to book the respective treatments at LBH. If I lived in the area I would definitely become a regular customer!

I was treated by Natalia for Brazilian wax, together with underarm. This was the most painless procedure of waxing I ever had! That just shows the quality of their wax. She was talking me through the painful process, and gave very good tips aswell. Very reassuring to go to her!
