Natalia was absolutely lovely and gave me a wonderful 10/10 experience, she was knowledgeable, kind and funny and made me feel at ease. The salon is beautiful on the inside and was nice and chilled.

Natalia was friendly, professional and thorough. The treatment room was relaxing and pleasant, tiny bit of wax on floor but apart from that, fantastic.

Mary was lovely. She got exactly what i wanted from just a short chat and cut my hair in a way that was most suitable for my face. She was overall very nice and the whole salon felt welcoming and warm.

The booking process was awful. I asked for a 45 minute appointment, and repeatedly received emails confirming that I had a 15 minute appointment.
