The lady doing my hair was very nice and friendly. I was a little bit late for my appointment, but even still I was made felt extremely welcome and comfortable. The blow dry was excellent - exactly what I asked for!

Lucia has done a very good deep tissue massage which help relaxing the leg muscles especially. The venue is good and clean.
Very satisfied with this wax. Beautician was clearly very experienced which made it quick and as pain free as possible. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable. She also let me check to see if I was happy with it which I liked.
