The staff seemed to have forgotten that I'd made an appointment; I was punctual but had to wait 20min before the previous customer left, and the stylist asked me what I was there for. Apart from this discrepancy, however, the eyebrow threading was good (though I'd indicated shaping while making the appointment, and paid more for it as well - but she said eyebrow threading was more effective and I didn't bother to argue) and the waxing was efficient. Friendly staff.

I have made this salon my go to place for beauty treatments. The staff are so lovely and all the treatments I've had here have been great.
Awful. My blow dry took 1.5 hours. I was late for a team meeting which was really embarrassing.
Hair now in really bad state, frizzy and dry.
the lady that was meant to do the hot wax did arrive over 30' late so her colleague did it but she was not used to hot wax. she was super friendly and eager but results weren't the best

The staff here are so friendly and welcoming and most importantly amazing at their job. I've had my hair styled here and my eyebrows done. I wouldn't go anywhere else for either treatments.
