I turned up in plenty of time for my appointment at 12pm, was sat waiting until 12:15 when the receptionist strolled over and told me that the lady could no longer do my wax as she was too busy... Absolutely appalling service, would never go back.

Therapist was really skilled , gave a consultation first before the treatment , took her time and the treatment was pain free. Really friendly and I will definitely revist.
