I booked at 5pm and arrived at the venue as per my booking, only to be told they double booked so i have to return at 6pm. The treatment is meant to be an hour an it lasted for only 20 minutes from start to finish. it began with me being left in a cold and wet so called steam room for 10 mins wrapped in a cold damp towel. the process was really undignified and the beautician came in to scrub me. I could have done a far better job myself at home. She also spoke very limited english and didn't understand I was feeling very uncomfortable.
I have opened a complaint with treatwell, definitely will not return again. The staff were not helpful and seemed to just shoved me to one side, wanting to get rid of me asap.

The staff were really friendly, but my hairdresser didn't speak English! So there was a language barrier and she didn't understand some of my requests. She didn't ask my how I wanted my hair blow dried and she didn't ask where my parting was so cut slightly off!
