I have had a luxury manicure and I awarded it with 5 stars!The Staff was very friendly and especially Tania was lovely.Only cons was the variety of nail polishes which let me down a bit...Otherwise ,Tania was very professional and paid attention to every detail in order to give me the best manicure.Overall,I am very pleased with my experience at London Beauty House.

wanted my hair dyed a darker chocolate but when I dried it there was absolutely no difference. Staff were lovely.
Hair Colouring
Loved the friendly service and the quality of the work, no messy edges, done to perfection and 3 weeks in not a hint of it being less than perfect still. Highly recommend ed.
Other Nail Extensions & Overlays
While the staff were lovely and helpful, my booking was messed up a bit. First the location was changed to a different salon, then I arrived and they didn't have my booking in the system. They asked me to wait 40 minutes but I couldn't so I had to reschedule for the following week. The staff were very apologetic about it, so I'm not sure if it was an anomaly.
My masseuse was very good, but I don't think I got an aromatherapy massage, it was more like a full body massage. When I explained that I had booked an aromatherapy massage, the masseuse looked confused and didn't know what I was talking about, so I just had it anyway. Not a great experience, but I'm hoping this was a one time mix up and doesn't happen to anyone else.
