First I had to wait almost an hour to be seen then they did not have the treatment that I booked the appointment for. They said they no longer do it and I was disappointed about this and felt they should have updated this on Treatwell (they did remove it after I mentioned this). They offered me another service file and gel polish which I decided to take up as I really needed my nails done. The lady that did my nails was friendly however their nail services area isn't clean e.g their nails polished and lamps have polish marks all over. The other areas of the salon was clean though. Also I noticed that she didn't do my nails neatly, it looked good when it was done but as my nails started to grow, (they grow out fast so this was about 4 days in) I noticed that the edges were jagged and some of the gel polish was far too close to my skin which causes the polish to chip/lift earlier than it should do - it's already started to lift and I've had the nails for only 11 days now and should be lasting for 3 weeks. Nice staff but I won't go again.
I'm disappointed with the service and treatment.
