The single worst experience I've had in a salon. I had sabrina (this is what was on my confirmation anyway). She had only been working there 5 months and was clearly stressed from the start of the appointment. Halfway through the appointment she took great offense at the fact that I was really sensitive (this is very normal for me). I was subjected to somewhat of an outburst as she told me I was being over the top and over sensitive. She went on to say how she had been a Beautician for 9 years. Needless to say I was gobsmacked and asked to leave the appointment. She told me she thought I should and that she shouldn't have to deal with customers like me (those with sensitive skin I assume). I walked out with half a wax and no one addressing the situation. Quite happy to be contacted to discuss further.
