I booked my haircut fairly last minute but was accommodated well for a wet cut. My stylist was really friendly and took on board how much I wanted cut off but also gave a few suggestions on style. Even though I didn't ask/pay for a blow dry, she blow dried it a bit and put some product on as well which was a nice touch. I was offered coffee on arrival, was taken over for a hair wash straight away. The ambience was fine, music playing (not too loudly!) and overall a good experience.
