I cannot fault the staff and the setting, it was actually a very relaxing environment. However the treatment itself didn't achieve the results I desired. I have sparse eyebrows and wanted my blonde hairs to be picked up but I didn't get this. I can't say they looked much different before and after. Again, the woman who carried out the treatment was lovely and friendly though. I think if you have a fair few eyebrows already it's good for darkening, just not picking up those blondes. Perhaps I should have asked for it to be darker.

The pedicure was nice and I didn't feel rushed at all, but I felt like the manicure was as good as I would do at home for quite a high price and that the staff member really didn't want to be there! The place was quite nice and clean.

The colour was ok but very expensive as if I wanted a blow dry I had to pay for it! So £55 just for a medium length hair colouring without blow dry it is more expensive than other hairdressers! So I have no reason to use treatwell as it is not cheaper!
