I booked my haircut fairly last minute but was accommodated well for a wet cut. My stylist was really friendly and took on board how much I wanted cut off but also gave a few suggestions on style. Even though I didn't ask/pay for a blow dry, she blow dried it a bit and put some product on as well which was a nice touch.
I was offered coffee on arrival, was taken over for a hair wash straight away. The ambience was fine, music playing (not too loudly!) and overall a good experience.

Could get an appointment as short notice and great wax results. Quick appointment, therapist knowledgeable about skin (mine is sensitive) and made thoughtful recommendations. Definitely adding into my fave salons portfolio.
