Overall I’m happy with my haircut and Francy was very polite and nice. She did listen to what I wanted the only thing was towards the end she used a certain type of scissor technique that I was unfamiliar with/ did not feel comfortable with (as I like my hair completely straight). But my hair is pretty much straight and the length I wanted.
