The blow dry was just about adequate but by no means great given the price wasn’t particularly cheap. I felt the staff were finding me a bit of an inconvenience. Overall not terrible but I definitely wouldn’t go back.

Overall I’m happy with my haircut and Francy was very polite and nice. She did listen to what I wanted the only thing was towards the end she used a certain type of scissor technique that I was unfamiliar with/ did not feel comfortable with (as I like my hair completely straight). But my hair is pretty much straight and the length I wanted.
