Quick and painless wax. Not the cleanest and ambient place but the staff were really nice and had a nice chat with my therapist. Didn’t have to wait when I got there.

The experience as a whole was satisfactory and I would go back again to see the lady who cut and blow dried my hair. She was very polite and honest at giving me advice, which I appreciated. The only factor stopping me from giving London Beauty House 5 stars was how rude their receptionist was. She seemed too concerned at looking at her phone and herself in the mirror than greeting me. She didn't even realise I'd walked in until her colleagues indicated and she was not hospitable when she eventually noticed me
