The lady who did my facial was very lovely and made me feel at ease. She also went beyond what I had paid for I think. The only thing I would say could be improved upon is the ambience of the room - the lights were bright and there was a buzzing noise which made it feel less relaxing. However I felt the treatment was very good value for money with good Dermalogica products used. Would come again.

On time, quick and efficient. One of the more senior managers told the manicurists off for filing a nail again (which I’d asked her to do) because it was a bit long. She implied I should be pay more for that - which took 5 seconds, a bit harsh I’d say. But the manicurist herself was delightful, efficient and thorough
