Everyone was very friendly but the room used for facials is cramped and not very clean. The lady doing the facial was very friendly and explained everything to me but the overall experience wasn’t great. For starters, when I booked it, it said the facial and microdermabrasion would take 75 minutes but it lasted just under 60 minutes. I’ve had microdermabrasion before but this was more painful and for the next few days post procedure my skin was red and peeling as if I’d had a bad sun/wind burn. It’s quite noisy as well so not very relaxing.
