Initial greeting was ok friendly. Clean venue, massage room was clean and fresh a bit chilly to start with. The massage itself was average.

Please listen to your clients. I had a great haircut here previously so felt confident it would be great again. However, my hair is now 3/4 inches shorter and a completely different shape than requested. I showed a photo at the beginning and did very politely flag that it was starting to feel much shorter than what I asked for. Sadly it was too late. Complete nightmare and I won’t be returning.
