I pre paid on Treatwell for a ladies cut and rough dry.
Manager washed my hair, distracted the whole time looking away and talking to other people.
The hairdresser did not introduce himself, made no conversation simply asked what hair cut I wanted. Very straight forward trim and restyle fringe. Whole process took 30 minutes. During the blow dry (rough was very rough, no hairbrush and causing knots) the hairdresser asked whether I wanted it styled straight or curly, I chose straight just so my hair wouldn’t knot. I had 5 minutes of neatly drying my hair with a brush. I then got told as I was leaving I owed them £17 for the “styling” aka drying my hair with a brush. No one mentioned the additional cost when offering options.
Everything felt very rushed and unfriendly.
Cheap and cheerful haircut yes, however there are tricks to make you pay more....... I would advise you to avoid this salon.
