The waxing experience was great - really thorough and less painful but it would be great to have an additional chair in the room to put on clothing/bag etc.

The whole experience was pleasant and fuss free although I booked only 15 minutes before the haircut. Gabbi was very nice and offered tea before the haircut and the execution was fair.
