Staff were friendly and welcoming. Bella in particular was attentive and knowledgable. It was a relaxing atmosphere. The toner was very effective and looks great. The massage room needs some work even though the massage itself was fine but there wasn't a huge amount of room for the woman to move around, the music kept turning off and the sink made loud gurgling noises. Loved the foot massage though. Facial felt really nice and cleansing. Nails were done quickly and precisely. It made me slightly uncomfortable when staff were having conversations over my head , but other than that very happy. Thank you for the relaxing experience!
