Absolutely NO. From the moment I walked in, 3/3 people (2 employees and 1 customer) not wearing masks. Eventually 1 of them put a mask on, but other employees walking around w/o one- in the midst of a pandemic. I was charged extra for cuticle trimming despite booking a manicure. Whist I was getting my nails done there was a Brazilian blow out being done behind me, meaning I was forced to breathe in formaldehyde fumes. Absolutely unethical to do such a treatment while others are in the salon.
I haven’t gone to a salon before for a dye treatment (I have always done it myself) so I was quite nervous.
Although I am happy with my end result, it is far from what I asked for (despite giving reference photos) & it is very patchy and brassy in places. I have had to fix it myself at home. I didn’t feel clearly listened to & I could tell there was miscommunication between staff about my treatment.
I didn’t feel in safe hands & wanted to ask for a refund but I was too scared to.
