I had a ladies’ wash, cut and blow dry with Denis. She was very friendly and professional and she really listened to exactly what I wanted. The salon was very clean and adhered to COVID guidelines. I have been to London Beauty House twice and will definitely return.

She didn't have the right equiptment for my 1 year and half daughter, which ended up with a poor haircut and the hair stylist didn't show much willingness to improve. Her excuse was that she was new.
On my hair cut, I asked her to follow the same hair style i had but shorter. She cut it plain and i had to tell her to add the front layers twice, which she didbut not very nicely unfortunately.
While being there, we also witness another lady complaining about her haircut as well.
