Hair cut I also am very happy with, did exactly what I wanted and my hair looks lovely. I usually hate going to hairdressers so I was very happy. I will go back for this.
Facial could have been better, it didn’t last an hour and I probably would have had a more relaxing experience at home. Felt very rushed and I’m unsure of what products where actually used. I would not book this again.

The facial was meant to be 60 min. It was 35 minutes. The therapist was 10 minutes late and didn't even apologize. But the worst is that she told my teenage daughter that she had "ugly hairs" and they must be removed. My daughter said no thanks, but she removed them anyway.
