My experience at LBH was really good, Natalia especially made my experience even better. Natalia was very knowledgeable & was able to tell me exactly what my body needed. She was personable and all in all a great massause!

Didn’t work - I ended up going back again as the first time it wore off within two weeks and had a big line across the back, despite not tying it up or tucking it behind my ears whilst I left the treatment in. Francy did it again for me, but it still hasn’t worked for longer than two weeks. Very disappointed, as normally London Beauty House is great.

The salon was clearly understaffed as I was made to wait over 20 minutes for my appointment to begin. The hair washing was done in a rough way and not at all relaxing. The finished style was good but took longer than the appointment time specified (about 15 - 20 minutes longer) and i didn’t feel the stylist really listened to what I wanted or took care to make sure she understood my request. I did get an apology for the late start time but overall, I wouldn’t come back again.

After my massage I felt great.
Natalia was exceptionally good and she massaged so good that after I had it my pain and aches were just gone.
I defiantly carry on with Natalia and highly recommend.
