The salon was clearly understaffed as I was made to wait over 20 minutes for my appointment to begin. The hair washing was done in a rough way and not at all relaxing. The finished style was good but took longer than the appointment time specified (about 15 - 20 minutes longer) and i didn’t feel the stylist really listened to what I wanted or took care to make sure she understood my request. I did get an apology for the late start time but overall, I wouldn’t come back again.

After my massage I felt great. Natalia was exceptionally good and she massaged so good that after I had it my pain and aches were just gone. I defiantly carry on with Natalia and highly recommend.
