The wax done by Mikaela was not painful, precise and quick:) She was friendly and very nice to talk to. The atmosphere in the treatment room is calming. A new wooden stick was used every time for the wax, keeping it very hygienic. The waiting room is a bit small but it is in no way a reflection if the treatment provided! Overall a great experience!!

Nails looked lovely but two nails have chipped after less than 24 hours. Not what you would expect from a shellac manicure! Utterly disappointed.
