Friendly welcome and a prompt start to my treatment. The room was clean and everything was ready and in place. We discussed a future treatment and Gina did a patch test for that - with no hard sell, which is welcome. I've rebooked my next waxing and the additional treatment. No issues, great waxing, great price and a real professional.
