The beauty therapist was a lovely person and the facial itself was very relaxing and the products felt lovely on my skin. I did feel a difference to my facial skin following this facial. However the room was gloomy on arrival ; not very inviting; and felt very chilly and as I got changed I noted dirt and dust gathered in parts around the floor/skirting boards which was not a great first impression.

Got a wash,cut and blow dry. Really happy with my haircut! Great customer service, Lola was so friendly. Would definitely recommend.
