I didn’t have a facial treatment but leg wax, half arms and bikini line.
I came home with a bruise close to my bikini line, left harm not waxed completely and legs waxed but not properly on the back .
I mentioned I was pregnant and could not lay on my stomach not sure if that cause a problem.
It felt all rushed and messy.
Although cheap, the way she was waxing was like amateur not professional.
Didn’t ask for a discount and didn’t get it offered neither.
I told her that the bruise hurt.

I absolutely loved the whole experience. My hair color turned out to be great and Lola and the staff are so kind and professional . They also offered me a free haircut since it was my first time .While be visiting them again for sure

I had the most amazing experience! I came in for a full body wax, which was done perfectly by Lola and Linda, they were both so professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. I also had my hair washed and blow-dried by the lovely team, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My hair is naturally very thick and curly, and they managed it beautifully with such care and skill. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, and I left feeling truly pampered, thank you x
