I didn't have Lola cut my hair which I was disappointed about it. She was not in the salon today, I do not know why and the other staff did not say why either

I usually love coming here and Lola is brilliant. However, someone else did my hair this time and a junior coloured my roots which look odd then the hairdresser sprayed half a can of hairspray and continued even when I asked her to stop. Im so disappointed as Ive had to come home and wash my hair.
