This was my first waxing experience and I loved how relaxed it was, it wasn't at all awkward and the woman was totally professional. We just chatted like you would with your hairdresser which helped take my mind off the pain. The only thing I think could have been better is if she had made use of a different surface for the wax, strips, and used ones, as I kept getting bits stuck to my legs when I had to change position. Other than that, it was a great first experience!
I thoroughly enjoyed my treatments and Louise was lovely- I cannot fault either! I understand that she was very busy around the holidays but I had to have my treatments cut short because I was 10 mins late- that is why they are rated as a three as I never had them. However, this because I firstly struggled to find the building (which is actually easy-I just wasn’t looking in the right place but the building numbering system is strange... literally go out the Union St exit of Central Station and it’s one of the first buildings on your right!) then I spent 10 mins trying to work out the buzzer system to get in the building! In retrospect, I think some of the buttons may have been frozen due to the weather!
It was disconcerting getting undressed in a room that leads directly onto a public corridor, I must admit.DESPITE ALL THAT, once I was settled down, I relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed my treatments!
The only place I'd visit to have my lashes done. Louise is lovely and does a fantastic job. Louise used the proper LVL products and not cheap ones likes the other places who offer lash lifts at cheaper prices. Book to see Louise and you won't be disappointed.
