I really enjoyed my treatment and will definitely come back again. Even though it was a discounted treatment, it never felt rushed which I have experienced before with vouchers. Lou clearly has a lot of experience using a range of different products and tools. I felt really relaxed during and after the treatment and my skin was so happy! The only downside was the venue - the room is great but in a building that needs a bit more TLC and sometimes there is noise from other customers passing by
