Harpreet was friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the half hour neck, shoulders and back massage. Useful text & email reminders sent, but from 2 companies at the same address. This is because Lola takes over mid September, but there are currently 2 booking systems in place, which is a bit confusing.

Very friendly staff. I expected the laser treatment to hurt particularly as I can be quite sensitive to pain but for most of the time I didn’t feel anything and slight warm stinging in the most sensitive areas.
