Absolutely wonderful experience - I was shown to a seat exactly on time and the wonderful staff noted that one of my BIAB was lifting off and thus decided to remove and reapply without charging an extra fee. I was extremely grateful for the attention to detail and kindness! I will be returning in 3 week!!!
