A great experience, a million miles from a busy impersonal salon - Nikki really takes the time to understand what you want, and prioritises the comfort and wellbeing of every single client, as well as using organic and natural products. She instantly makes you feel at home, and shares loads of hair (and local!) knowledge. My hair looks great and is exactly what I asked for, plus I barely noticed it being cut because of the lovely conversation! Lady the cat is also the cutest. Thank you Nikki!
