Technician was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. I called 3 times to notify I was waiting and check all was ok after receiving an email saying my appt was rescheduled, she ignored my calls and said it was because I was late (I arrived 1 minute after my appt time) and she was finishing up a client. She was in fact 10 minutes late for my appt, no apology, no communication and hostile. When I came to the door she instantly pointed for me to go and wait and said nothing.
