The massage was comfy, and Helene was really nice. But the Hollywood wax concerned me because Helene used the same stick for the whole wax, which is an unhygienic practice. I didn’t say anything at the time because I didn’t know how bad it was.
I did some research and basically bacteria gets transferred to the wax pot if the same stick is dipped more than once. Which can then potentially infect the skin of the next client unless the wax was swapped out each time (unlikely). I hope this changes!

Helene was so wonderful and careful with my wax, and she made sure that I was comfortable at all times! Would highly recommend Helene, and definitely won't be the last time I see her!
