Despite the salon having suffered an overnight flood, my experience was great. I’d booked a hair -up for a wedding at 9.00 am and not really knowing what I wanted, senior stylist, Oana was fantastic despite having to deal with flood water when I arrived. She did an excellent job and I reviewed many compliments at the wedding.

OK, a change of stylist is never easy - especially when I was previously very, very happy with Alma who I found was an experienced and skilled hairdresser. Her departure at short notice was a serious disappointment for me.
In my view, Aona, while being very personable, does not have the same skills in either technical cutting skills or indeed in terms of listening to client wishes. This was not one of my best hairdressing outcomes!

Have been there many times - and it has never disappointed me. Staff all very welcoming. Hairstylist Oana - always very professional and has great attention to detail just to make sure everything is 100% correct.
