Katie understood my hair-type straight away and had a lot of knowledge and advice on what hair cut would work best. Based on this, I ended up going for a style I wouldn’t usually get and I’m pleased I did. Would definitely recommend.

My first visit to the salon, the stylist did not listen to me at all, talked over me, did not cut my hair as requested and cut me a fringe I specifically asked her not to. I emailed the salon my choice concerns but no reply hence putting my review on here.
