I’ve been to the salon before to a different stylist. I didn’t feel the same personal service this time. I simply wanted a little shaping on the sides and a fringe trim. This took only 15-20 minutes. Charged £30 as a dry cut was not good value, especially as a regular client. This experience has put me off returning.

Lovely to get an appointment on a Saturday only booked the day before! Very attentive to what I wanted had a chat before washing and went through everything as I wanted a complete change! The head massage was a bonus and a pleasant experience. The attention to detail from the cut, blow dry then checking it over again when dry was something I've never experienced overall Very happy with Alma!
