My first visit to the salon, the stylist did not listen to me at all, talked over me, did not cut my hair as requested and cut me a fringe I specifically asked her not to.
I emailed the salon my choice concerns but no reply hence putting my review on here.

Despite the salon having suffered an overnight flood, my experience was great. I’d booked a hair -up for a wedding at 9.00 am and not really knowing what I wanted, senior stylist, Oana was fantastic despite having to deal with flood water when I arrived. She did an excellent job and I reviewed many compliments at the wedding.
