It was my first time visiting this salon and they were really accommodating. The Treatwell system accidentally double-booked my appointment, but the salon contacted me right away to set me up with a different stylist. Alex was lovely. She listened to what I wanted and advised me that the color wouldn't come out quite like I envisioned (I wanted to lighten my very dark hair). She also made sure that I understood what results to expect after one treatment, so that I wouldn't be surprised. Overall the experience was great and I recommend the salon.

I booked for a day and time that appeared as available in the webpage but a day after I had booked I got a call from the sallon saying there was a mistake and they had to reschedule, and I found it a bit hard adjusting to their available times, which were not the ones showing on treatwell.
