Had to ask the girl to wash my hair again as the back underneath was still dry and unwashed. Was double booked, so waited 35 mins until I actually got my blow Dry computer fault not staff, Left unhappy with my hair, asked for a blow dry with loose curls, left with bush high curled hair, stylist was lovely and welcoming, think maybe my hair was just challenging as it’s extremely long and new extensions, although she pulled a lot with the straighteners so heads a little sore still.
