I felt Alma really listened to what i wanted done with my hair. Alma was very thorough and she checked in before cutting areas that can often be later not to everyones liking. Alma is friendly and a very tentative person. I really felt at ease and i am very happy with the results. I will be back to have my haircut by Alma again soon.
