I am disheartened to give this less than stellar review but based on my expectations, my session at LM was not up to par. That said, I think if you have different priorities than I, you will be happy. For context, I haven’t prioritized my nails/toenails for some time so this was meant to be a real treat for me. However, it was not a luxurious experience. Technically the mani/pedi was fine and Karyna was pleasant but for £110 (for regular polish/no nail art), I expected more personal touches.

Liubov was very professional, caring and considerate. She gave me a few options based on my requirements. She explained the process during each stage of the nail work. Having had my nails done elsewhere I would highly recommend Liubov over others.
