He was extremely attentive and gentle, and made sure that he explained every step to gain my confidence. I felt genuinely comfortable and confident that he did not ruin my nail bank and removed my gel manicure effectively at the same time!

The staff and venue was very nice but the biab nails was probably the worst nails I've gotten. They already started chipping off from the first day and continues to chip away, considering the price its very bad. The pedicure has still maintain nicely

I had a good experience at LL beauty. My appointment was on time so there was no waiting around. I had a reference picture and the lady was able to do the exact nail art and colour. She was very precise with the French tip and was a perfectionist!

I had a pedicure with normal polish (my appointment was 6-30 but I arrived early)
The lady that done my pedicure was extremely polite and gentle but felt she was too gentle and did not massage my feet enough or remove the dry skin.
I like to have regular pedicures and very much enjoy having a more tougher massage, it was like the lady was scared to hurt me
I feel I did not have the experience I was hoping for or expecting.
Also my big toenail smudged but she did not have time to fix.
