This was my first time visiting this nail salon. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing.
After I got home, I noticed several issues with the manicure. The previous gel polish was not completely removed, and I can still see some dark color sealed underneath the new nails. During the cuticle work my skin was also cut and started bleeding. In addition, the color application looks uneven in several places.
The thumb nail was also quite uneven at first (as shown in the photos). In the end I had to apply a layer of pearl powder myself just to make it look a bit more acceptable.
I have had my nails done many times before, so these issues were quite noticeable to me.
I contacted the salon afterwards and shared photos to explain the situation. The salon replied that the price I paid was a “model price” for technicians who are improving their speed and technique. However, the salon’s promotion described the technicians as “experienced nail technicians”, which was why I decided to book in the first place.
For me, issues such as not fully removing the previous gel polish or causing bleeding during cuticle work feel more like basic procedure problems rather than differences in style or expectations.
As I don’t live in London and had to take a train to visit, it’s quite inconvenient for me to return. I was hoping for some kind of solution or response regarding the quality of the service.
I’m sharing this experience so that other customers can make their own judgement.

First time trying this place for BIAB and I’m really impressed. They have a great selection of colors, plus you can also do clear BIAB with an OPI color on top, love this option. They’re running a discount right now too, so it was a nice bonus. Really happy with how they turned out
