Was left extremely upset and disappointed when they messed up my wedding nails the day before! Booked a polish with French tip add on weeks in advance and only told me when I arrived they don’t do that in polish when I’d prepaid already. They did a bodge job, the white tip not even covering the tip of my own nail. Had to go to Boots after and fix it myself as nowhere local had a booking so close to the wedding!! A waste of time, money and unnecessary upset caused
