Lydia is warm, welcoming and highly professional, with over 11 years of experience. She took the time to explain the aftercare process as well as accessing my eye shape and eyelash length in order to give me the best results. She was very gentle and reassuring (which I appreciated as it was my first time having eyelash extensions done) and the end result is beautiful and very natural - I've had lots of compliments.
