Lydia was absolutely amazing. She explained every thing I needed to know about lashes before starting. Asked me what I kind of look I was looking for. So after we both agreed on type of lashes she made me feel really calm and comfortable. I have had lashes many times but Lydia is the best eye lash technician I have ever been to. The end result was beautiful, they are so light I can’t even feel them. Thanks

Absolutely livid with the way this woman spoke to me, being told off and spoken to like a child. Extensions are good but zero on customer care with a high rate in rudeness. Never again !

It’s now been two years that Lydia has been doing my lashes and I have never been deceived! If I were to describe her in three words, I would say honest, humorous and incredibly caring. Nowadays it is so rare to meet somebody who cares so much about the beauty and well-being of their clients. No matter what, she will always make sure everything is done in due time and correctly and she will always tell you the truth concerning your lashes or any enquire you could possibly have.
The lashes themselves are incredible quality and stay for weeks at a time. Whenever I have issues or questions about how to take care of them, Lydia would always help me out so I can keep them in great condition.
All in all, I couldn’t recommend a better place and it is worth every cent! :)

Lydia did another amazing job on my lashes. She is so precise and genuinely cares about leaving the customer with a look they love that will last! The best I’ve used in london for sure! I especially appreciated that she called me in advance to let me know to bring cash along as her card machine wasn’t working...saved me time running out after!
