I’ve been trying to find a good technician in London for years. Luckily I came across Lydia and she is simply exceptional. She is extremely knowledgeable and attentive, advising on the most suitable treatment for you but also really listing to your preferences. She is always very precise and quick (saving me from the back pain I usually get when having my lashes done). The venue is lovely and absolutely spotless. I can’t recommend her enough!!

My real eyelashes were not in the best state (partly due to my one fault) and I knew that before I visited. Lydia was just so different from the other lash technicians I have gone to, she took the time to explain and ask what I wanted. So when the work began she gave me the low down on my lashes and advised me accordingly with the choice to do otherwise. I, of course, followed her advice (including after care) in order for my lashes to grow back healthy. I actually prefer them shorter and they look natural which suits me more.
